We offer you a friendly, informal and professional environment to enjoy and benefit from the high standards of courses, therapies and woodland experiences we provide. We are passionate tutors and therapists who believe in and enjoy what we do and are of course qualified with over 20 years experience and CRB checked - giving you piece of mind that you are in good, caring and safe hands,  so you or your charges can enjoy  - whether to learn, relax or have fun.

We provide archery, schools educational workshops, native american style craft workshops, meditation and reiki attunements in our woodlands (British weather permitting) putting a whole new spin on freedom - no walls, just sky, trees and peace.

Also providing courses and treatments in holistic therapies such as aromatherapy, holistic massage, reiki, life coaching through NLP and led meditation. We aim  to encourage our clients to improve balance within their physical, psychological and spiritual health!  Stop the world and get off for a while! Our tranquil 15 acre woodland in Bucks and our ground floor, easy parking peaceful treatment and training facilities in Welwyn Garden City,  suit most client's needs.

Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire and Buckinghamshire  towns such as Welwyn Garden City, Hatfield, Hertford, Stevenage, Watford, St Albans,  Luton, Bedford, Milton Keynes, Newport Pagnell, Northampton, Hemel Hempstead,  Potters Bar, Barnet plus North London are all within easy reach by car of a Free Spirit location. Quality essential oils and natural, gentle skin care products are used throughout massage treatments, giving maximum therapeutic benefits without the sometimes harmful affects of synthetic products.
