Free Spirit - Free Your Spirit - Reiki, Massage, NLP

 

Reiki 1 - Shoden: 
This one and a half day small group course enables the student to use Reiki on themselves and friends and family in order to restore balance and aid healing.   The course will teach you the theory of Usui Reiki and enable you to demonstrate the practical skills.  You will receive your first attunement which will enable Reiki energy to flow through.  You will also learn other skills such as meditation and using colour for healing. The course is facilitated by Beverly who is a qualified teacher both of Reiki and teaching adults in many scenarios including the holistic and the business world, therefore ensuring that you receive a structured, thorough and enjoyable instruction - allowing  you to find and develop your own relationship with Reiki.  Reiki I is useful for anyone who wants to learn - as anyone can channel Reiki once attuned and with understanding.  The first day learning is followed up with an evening workshop 1 month later which will allow students to share their experiences and have any questions answered.   It is also the stepping stone to Reiki 2.   We run courses in Welwyn Garden City and in Free Spirit Woods, Newport Pagnell.  Lunch, refreshments and manuals are provided.

Reiki 2 - Okuden:
Reiki 2 follows Reiki 1 and will further develop your skills and you will receive further Reiki attunements which will empower your Reiki with symbols that can be used with your healing. With commitment to practice, you decide when you are ready to take Reiki 2.  This varies from person to person and we will discuss your specific situation to see the best way to proceed.  With Reiki 2 you will be able to operate as a Practitioner having reached a confident and embedded  level of knoweldge and be able to help others in a more formal scenario if you wish. This small group 1 and half day course is structured with the first day instruction, attunement and practice, followed up by an evening or morning workshop where an assessment will take place and case studies are presented resulting in your certificate being awarded.  We run courses in Welwyn Garden City and Free Spirit Woods, Newport Pagnell. Lunch, refreshments and manuals are provided.

 

This small group course is open to confident and experienced reiki level 2.  The course runs over 3 days and empowers your Reiki with master symbols, further tools and theories and teaching you how to attune and teach others.  We run the course from either Welwyn Garden City or Free Spirit Woods, Newport Pagnell.   Lunch, refreshments and manuals are provided.

 

Reiki 1, 2 and masters in the Woods

Keen to do your Reiki 1, 2 or masters course in the natural outdoor surroundings of the woods?
