Free Spirit Woods – Our outdoor venue!

15 acres of broadleaf trees not far from the motorway near Newport Pagnell.  This venue in clement weather offers peace and nature – a place to draw breath.  Basic facilities such as toilets and running water are available for courses held either outdoors or in more inclement weather in our workshop.  We will provide directions on course bookings and offer a pick up service from local train stations if required. This venue is of course appropriate for our Archery courses, drum and craft making and Reiki (when the weather is ok!)  It is not suitable for our therapies which are conducted in Welwyn Garden City.  When coming to the woods please prepare with comfortable walking shoes and clothing for all weather!  Please discuss with us on booking,  if you have any problems with walking on rough and wild woodland ground.

Welwyn Garden City - Our indoor venues!

When the weather is too poor to offer our courses in the great outdoors, we have plan B which is a comfortable friendly indoor space at Welwyn Garden City for our courses.  This is appropriate for drum making, Reiki and Native American based workshops.  We also conduct our treatments from here in a peaceful, sunny treatment room and have easy parking and a stair free and calm relaxing environment, ideal to unwind and restore wellbeing.

For larger training courses, we use various venues dependant on group sizes.  All are within easy reach from major roads such as the A1, A414, M25 and M1 and from the mainline station in Welwyn Garden City.  When you book a course  we will advise you of the specific course address and travel details.
