Free Spirit is all about its name. We offer the chance to feel free and enjoy courses in our woodlands and courses and cultural events elsewhere. In addition we also offer therapies and aromatherapy based body products and essential oils for sale through our sister site Essentials Aromatherapy We have over 20 years experience and continue to learn, grow and develop to ensure that we are offering progressive and relevant services for our clients. We really enjoy and care about what we do - ensuring you have enthusiastic facilitators and therapists to give you maximum benefit! We believe in credibility and as such are thus fully qualified and experienced to a high standard to ensure we deliver a quality experience. We are a family run business and like to extend this feeling to our clients, giving an informal, comfortable but professional environment to make you feel right at home. Our collection of services centre around the physical, the emotional and the spiritual - giving a rounded experience, whether for learning and personal growth, for pure enjoyment - or indeed all of these.
